The publication was prepared specifically for the Ist European Conference of the minority daily press. It schematically presents the existing daily press in Europe, offering also contact addresses and numbers. The publication includes mainly countries members of the European Union, although several examples of minority-language dailies in the countries candidates for entrance in the EU are also presented.
