On the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the Slovene Research Institute and the 40th anniversary of IC P. Petricig in San Pietro al Natisone, the two institutions have launched a joint survey among alumni of the bilingual school. The survey will reveal the current school and work situation of the alumni, their study and career paths after their school experience in San Pietro al Natisone, their current relations with the social environment of Benecia, their social participation at the local level, their level of knowledge and use of the Slovene language in daily life, etc. We began collecting data in the fall of 2023 and will present the survey results to the public at an event to celebrate the school’s 40th anniversary in October 2024.
