The work presents the proceedings of the conference “Cross-border linking and European integration”. Twelve papers are in Slovene, five in Italian. The papers present a range of issues concerning national minorities in the processes of European integration in the first half of the Nineties. Specific attention is given to the Slovene minority in Italy and to the Italian minority in Slovenia.
