The project involves educational activities with young people from Friuli Venezia Giulia, developed on themes regarding the basic principles, types, perspectives and critical dimensions of the paths towards an “active citizenship in Italy and Europe today and tomorrow”. The theme activities will be studied in-depth both from a theoretical viewpoint as in terms of practical experience, which will offer the young a chance for a common reflection on the meanings and values of active citizenship and democracy. Particular attention will be dedicated to searching forms that could favour mutual dialogue not only among the youth, but also between young people and “expert” spokespersons who work in this field and who collaborate in the network coordinated by R.U.E. – Risorse Umane Europa (Human Resources Europe). The integration of practical and theoretical activities will bring to several outputs that use different social communication languages and which will influence the development of the programme (literature, cinema, art, music, internet and media).
The educational activities within the project will be the following:
1. “Europe after the fall of the Berlin wall.” For Slori, the spokesperson will be dr. Zaira Vidali.
2. “The Constitution and future perspectives”.
3. “The 150th anniversary of the common Italian State”.
4. “Europe: not only economics.” For Slori, the spokespersons will be dr. Zaira Vidali and dr. Devan Jagodic.
