The aim is to discuss a series of relevant issues concerning diversity management in both EU and non-EU member states, i.e., the different models of representation of national minorities in elective bodies and of power-sharing, minority consultative mechanisms, models of minority self-governance and self-government including minority political and civil society organisations, their involvement in cross-border cooperation policies and programmes.
