The bilingual publication (eng. Cross-border research workshops on interculturality) is one of the activities of the 3rd workpackage of the cross-border project EDUKA Vzgajati k različnosti / Educare alla diversità / Educating to diversity. It collects the results of two editions of cross-border workshops on inter-culturalism. The workshops were dedicated to pupils of lower secondary schools in Italy and pupils of medium schools in Slovenia with Slovenian and Italian as a teaching language, active both in majority and minority communities on both sides of the border. The participants were the gymnasium Anton Martin Slomšek with Slovenian as a teaching language and the school Giosuè Carducci-Dante Alighieri with Italian as a teaching language from Trieste, the school centre Srečko Kosovel with Slovenian as a teaching language from Sežana and the gymnasium Gian Rinaldo Carli with Italian as a teaching language from Koper. Under the title “Living in diversity” the students of schools with Italian as a teaching language addressed the integration dynamics of minority and immigrant communities. Pupils of schools with Slovenian as a teaching language focused on processes of cross-border cooperation under the title “Sežana and Trieste: so close, yet so far away”.

The publication is available in Slovenian language and in Italian language
