The work was developed on the basis of the doctoral thesis (eng. The magic of space) by architect Marko Korošic on the Slovenian interiors and furniture design in the Italian area where Slovenians live; it shows works of Slovenian architects from Slovenia and from Italy in Trieste, Gorizia and Benecia, starting with the initial works for building Narodni dom in Trieste in 1902 to today. It deals with the work of seven important architects: Fabiani, Costaperaria, Vurnik, Mihevc, Simonitti, Prinčič and Waltritsch
